Planning
I'm building an Eco friendly house built on the water to help preserve the Eco system that'll be powered by solar panels, under water turbines (just an idea), and a wind farm (also just an idea) to limit carbon emissions, and to generate power during the day, and during the night. The location that this house is being built at is an isolated/ private island called Allan island near Fidalgo island Washington being the closest area of civilization in relation to Allan island thus being isolated from civilization so the only way to get off and on the island would be by boat. Also in attempts to make the house even more Eco friendly a boat being electric if possible. The house itself will be in a circular dome like shape hopefully so the during the day no matter where the sun is solar panels will be generating power to the house. The under water turbines would constantly be generating power due to the currents of the water so the under water turbines would always be constantly generating power to the house although this is just an idea I may or may not use. The wind farm would have turbines facing in all directions so that no matter what at least one turbine is picking up wind and generating power to the house at all times as long as there is enough wind but again this is just another idea I may or may not use. There will be an electric generator for in case of emergencies. There will hopefully be little to no excavation needed unless it is required. The house itself will be self sustaining due to the fact that the house itself would have a water filtration/ purification system thus giving the house access to a basically unlimited water supply. Plus the house itself will have a farm that produces crops and has livestock therefore enabling an unlimited food supply. For waste disposal there'd be storage tanks built to hold the waste until eventually the waste decomposes. The house itself will hopefully be a fair size maybe bigger but nothing to big just something for a family to live in that's all. Unfortunately due to how and where the property itself is being built as well as due to the fact that the property itself would be self sustaining with an unlimited supply of both food and water the price of the property would be ridiculously expensive unfortunately like I'd say somewhere near $20 million to $25 million expensive.
These being my inspiration image and some ideas of what I should make.
